Yes, you have to leave and call cold turkey is the best way. Especially now that you have the motivation for sore throat.
Your lungs are better before you know it. in a few months you will not know who has never smoked. Others will provide hours and order, but only on petrol, shit. What is and never again. Its too willing to return.

I want to quit. I wish my friend to stop smoking, effects, not only he but all in the car with him. It will be difficult to stop but with a good group of support and motivation and determination to take up smoking. My grandmother had to leave at age 56 and smoked since he was 14.
